In 2015 (from the 2013 Harvest), we will offer our first three-clone blend, fulfilling Dave and Suzanne's dream. This will be the first harvest of the Dijon clone, as that block pushes to make its first, best impression.

Future Offerings

Baptista Maresh Vineyard is exclusively Pinot Noir, and is in very limited supply.

The vineyard has been planted in three Pinot Noir clones to achieve an optimal blend, harmonizing each clone's main attribute with the others: Pommard (lush fruit; 3 parts), Wadenswil (lilac nose; 2 parts), Dijon (deep garnet color; 1 part).

This blend was selected in consultation with those who began the Oregon wine industry, including Jim Maresh (Dave Maresh's dad), Dick Erath, Dave Lett and Fred Arterberry (Dave's brother-in-law).

At peak, Baptista Maresh Vineyard will produce only 700 cases of ultra premium Pinot Noir.
